We are licensed through the state of Arkansas and general liability Insurance as well as workman’s comp insurance. Any and all subcontractors are also insured and licensed through the state of Arkansas.

In addition to building custom and spec homes, we also specialize in room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, roof replacements, and almost any updates or changes you want done to your home. Oltmans Development is also a member of the National Home Builders Association and Saline County Home Builders Association. We believe that building your home should fun.
